- Unwillingness to handle basic responsibilities post-formation
- Already have money for filing fees but want freebies
Reality check: I’m not running a charity. I’m investing in entrepreneurs I believe can build something meaningful.
The Application Process: How It Actually Works
Step 1: Submit Your Information
Complete the application with detailed information about:

- Why you need the financial assistance
- Your post-formation business plan

Timeline: I review applications on the last day of each month and select three winners.
Notification: Winners get notified between the 1st-5th of the following month. If you don’t hear from me by the 5th, you weren’t selected that round (but you can reapply).
