Industry Context: Most services take 1-3 business days for internal processing, then charge $50+ for expedited handling. MyCompanyWorks includes this speed standard.
The Catch: This only speeds up MyCompanyWorks’ internal processing. Your LLC still needs state approval, which takes the same time regardless of which service you use.
Real Value: If you’re in a genuine time crunch, this feature has measurable value. For most entrepreneurs, the difference between same-day and 2-day internal processing is negligible.
Customer Support: Above Average but Inconsistent
I tested both their chat and phone support multiple times with different questions:
Phone Support: Generally solid. Representatives understand LLC formation basics and can explain MyCompanyWorks’ services clearly. Average wait time was 3-4 minutes.
